Coopers Croze
Offers sweet vanilla notes from the American ex-bourbon barrels its aged in. This brings added depth to the rich fruits typical of the ex-oloroso sherry butts. €9.00
Blenders Dog
A rich, round, creamy mouthfeel, with the sweetness of butterscotch, giving way to the prickle of the pot still spices. Succulent fruit brings the perfect balance as charred oak with some subtle tannin add to the complexity. €9.00

A revival of the old style of Powers once made at the old distillery off Thomas St in Dublin. This is a no-age statement release which has been aged in ex-Bourbon barrels with a small amount of Oloroso Sherry casks. €7.00

Our house gin and still considered a London classic dry with a very mild botanical finish. €5.20
Brockmans
An intensely Smooth Gin. It’s botanicals include juniper berries, coriander, blueberries, blackberries and bittersweet Valencian orange peel. €6.80
Tanqueray
The epitome of London dry the recipe is a fiercely guarded secret, though it is thought to contain as little as four botanicals. €6.10
Martin Miller
Distilled using over eight botanicals. The spirit is shipped to Iceland where it is then blended with glacial lava filtered waters. €7.00
Dingle
A unique flavor which contains amongst other botanicals rowan berry, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and Kerry heather, a formula unknown elsewhere. €5.60
